Swift Energy Unit Bags MYR44 Million Purchase Orders

Swift Energy Technology (KLSE:SET) unit Swift Energy secured multiple purchase orders worth about 44.2 million ringgit for equipment supply projects across offshore energy and data center segments, according to a Bursa Malaysia filing on Friday.

The contracts include the supply of 18 sets of ex-solar power systems for PTT Exploration and Production's (BKK:PTTEP) offshore project in Thailand, and 34 sets of 11kV neutral earthing resistors for a Malaysian data center.

Deliveries are scheduled through 2027.

The group said the orders are expected to contribute positively to earnings, it said.

Teco Electric and Machinery (TPE:1504) TECNOS International Consulting acquired the right to use office space in Taipei, Taiwan, for NT$22.4 million, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.Shares gained about 2% in Friday's late morning trade.The assets will be purchased from related party Tong-An Assets Development & Management.The lease term runs from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2032, and the office space will be used to meet operational requirements.
