Surgery Partners (SGRY) has entered into definitive agreements to sell its ownership interests in Mountain View Hospital and Idaho Falls Community Hospital to Intermountain Health for a total consideration of $795 million, the company said Friday.
The physician ownership of Mountain View Hospital will remain unchanged, the company said, adding that the deal is subject to Mountain View Hospital physician member and physician governing board approvals.
The deal is slated to close in the coming months, subject to waiting periods, regulatory approvals and other conditions, Surgery Partners said.
Surgery Partners' previously issued guidance does not reflect the anticipated impact of this transaction, and excluding this deal, the company maintained its 2026 revenue outlook of $3.35 billion to $3.45 billion.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.41 billion.
Shares of the company were up 5.6% in early Friday trading.
