Sucro (SUGR.V) reported second quarter net income per share of $0.34, compared to $0.08, a year earlier.
Revenue decreased to $130.6 million in the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared with $231.9 million, a year-ago.
"Our second quarter results reflect the accelerating ramp-up of our newly commissioned refineries, with a new quarterly record for refinery volumes and free cash flow reaching a new quarterly high of $7.7 million," said Sucro CEO Jonathan Taylor. "While overall deliveries and Adjusted EBITDA declined with decreased volume of lower-margin wholesale transactions, the higher refinery volumes contributed to improved earnings."
Shares of the company closed down 4.6% to C$9.06 on Wednesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
