Subur Tiasa (KLSE:SUBUR) unit Subur Global has been struck off the Singapore companies register, effectively ending its status as a group subsidiary, according to a Bursa Malaysia filing on Friday.
The company said the action took effect on June 15, following a process previously disclosed in March.
Subur Tiasa said that the removal of the unit is not expected to have any material impact on net assets or earnings per share for the current financial year.
