StorageVault Canada (SVI.TO) said Wednesday it acquired four storage assets for C$81.6 million.
Three of the properties, costing C$71.25 million in total, were acquired through a newly formed joint venture with Woodbourne. StorageVault, which holds a 25% interest in the joint venture, will continue to manage the properties.
The fourth property, acquired for C$10.3 million, is wholly owned by StorageVault.
StorageVault's share of the total purchase price of the acquisitions, was C$28.1 million, and was paid with first mortgage financing and funds on hand, a statement said.
StorageVault shares were last seen down C$0.02, to C$4.49, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
