Stardust Metal (ZIGY.CN) received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to list its shares on the TSXV, it said after markets closed Monday.
The company expects its shares to begin trading on the TSXV under the symbol ZIGY at market open on Sept. 3, it said. The shares will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange, it added.
The company also said the McGarry Option Agreement has been closed, as Orecap Invest (OCI.V) got TSXV approval of the option agreement, under which Stardust has the option to acquire up to a 75% interest in the McGarry Project, added Stardust.
