SSY Group (HKG:2005) obtained approval for the production and registration of Vitamin K1 Injection from China's National Medical Products Administration.
The product is regarded as having passed China's consistency evaluation, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The injection is mainly used to treat and prevent bleeding associated with vitamin K deficiency.
Shares of the pharmaceutical company rose 4% in recent trade.
