SSY Group (HKG:2005) said its Gadobutrol bulk drug has received marketing registration approval from China's National Medical Products Administration, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The approval allows the active pharmaceutical ingredient to be used in marketed Gadobutrol preparations.
Gadobutrol is a magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent used in adults and children for contrast-enhanced MRI and magnetic resonance angiography examinations, the filing said.
