Srivichai Vejvivaj Unit Leases Out Building for Medical Facility Use

Srivichai Vejvivaj (BKK:VIH) unit The Bangkok Orthopedic Hospital leased a floor of a commercial building to lessee ISky Center for two years, according to a Friday Thailand bourse filing.

The lease for the first floor of a building with usable and common area of 247.72 square meters and 60 square meters, respectively, will be effective starting July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2028.

The property will be used to operate a medical facility for the treatment of skin diseases and beauty procedures.

ISky Center's major shareholder is Rungsima Wanitphakdeedecha, the spouse of Mongkon Wanitphakdeedecha, who is a director of both Srivichai Vejvivat and The Bangkok Orthopedic Hospital.
