Spring Airlines (SHA:601021) is looking to issue up to 10 billion yuan worth of bonds, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Proceeds from the issuance will help boost working capital, repay interest-bearing debts, buy fixed assets, and for other purposes.
Frasers Property's (SGX:TQ5) subsidiary, Frasers Property Treasury, issued SG$150 million worth of 3.50% bonds due 2036 under its SG$5 billion multicurrency debt issuance program, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. or OCBC was appointed as the joint lead manager and bookrunner, along with CIMB Bank Berhad, which was appointed as the joint lead manager and passive bookrunner.The bonds were listed on Aug. 31, the filing said.
Agricultural Bank of China (SHA:601288, HKG:1288) raised 50 billion yuan via the issue of 10-year fixed-rate bonds carrying a coupon of 1.87%.Proceeds will bolster the lender's capital, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.
