Agricultural Bank of China Raises 50 Billion Yuan Via Bond Issue

Agricultural Bank of China (SHA:601288, HKG:1288) raised 50 billion yuan via the issue of 10-year fixed-rate bonds carrying a coupon of 1.87%.

Proceeds will bolster the lender's capital, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.

F-Secure Lands New EUR147 Million Facilities

F-Secure (FSECURE.HE) said Friday it obtained new facilities worth a total of 147 million euros to repay its existing loans and replace its current revolving credit facility.The latest agreement includes a term loan facility of 137 million euros, to be drawn in two installments, and a revolving credit facility of 10 million euros with Danske Bank and OP Corporate Bank. The loans mature in three years, with two one-year extension options.The Finnish cybersecurity company noted that it consolidated the three existing facilities into a single financing arrangement.

Greece's Piraeus Bank Prices EUR500 Million Senior Preferred Bond Issuance

Piraeus Bank (TPEIR.AT) priced its issuance of a new 500 million-euro senior preferred bond, according to a Friday release.The six-year bond, which will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's Euro MTF market, has an annual fixed coupon of 4%, with an issuer call option after five years. Settlement is set for Sept. 3.The Greek bank will use net proceeds for general corporate and financing needs, as well as to ensure ongoing compliance with the Minimum Requirement for Own Funds and Eligible Liabilities, or MREL.
