Spartan Delta (SDE.TO) Wednesday evening said Q2 net earnings climbed 18% to C$0.20, from C$0.17, and increased its 2026 production guidance.
Analysts polled by FactSet had forecast C$0.16 per share.
Oil and gas sales for the quarter ended June 30 jumped 127% year over year to C$183.7 million, the company said.
Spartan said quarterly production increased 37% to 52,818 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d), from the prior year period.
The company is increasing its annualized production guidance to 53,500 boe/d to 54,500 boe/d (from 52,000 boe/d to 54,000 boe/d). Its capital program expenditure has also been lifted to C$525 million to C$575 million (from C$475 million to C$525 million) to accelerate Duvernay development.
