The South Korean government's official foreign reserves stood at $427.9 billion in July, compared with $427.4 billion in the previous month, according to Bank of Korea data published Wednesday.
Securities reserves fell to $380 billion from $380.3 billion, deposits rose to $23.1 billion from $22.3 billion, special drawing rights inched up to $15.7 billion from $15.6 billion, while gold reserves and IMF position were flat at $4.8 billion and $4.3 billion, respectively.
