Source Energy Services (SHLE.TO) on Thursday reported a loss of C$0.43 per share in second quarter, from a profit of C$1.01 per share in the prior year period.
The result missed the consensus analyst estimate of a profit of C$0.17 per share, according to FactSet.
Sales fell to C$137.1 million from C$201.9 million over the same period, and missed the C$140.40 million forecast.
At its meeting on Wednesday, the company also appointed Jeffrey Bowers to the Board of Directors.
