Net sales in the three months ended June 30 rose to $2.21 billion from $2.16 billion a year earlier.
Analysts projected $2.15 billion.
The company raised full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $7.10 to $7.20 from the prior forecast of toward the upper end of the range of $6.40 to $6.60.
Analysts project $6.55.
Solventum shares rose 3.8% in after-hours trading.
