Sihuan Pharma Grants Thailand Rights for Bireociclib to Innobic, ZaoAn

Sihuan Pharmaceutical (HKG:0460) said its subsidiary Xuanzhu Biopharmaceutical (HKG:2575) granted exclusive commercialization rights for Bireociclib Tablets in Thailand to Innobic (Asia) and ZaoAn International, according to a Thursday filing on Hong Kong exchange.

Innobic (Asia) will handle local registration, marketing and distribution, while Xuanzhu Biopharmaceutical will supply the drug. ZaoAn International will act as intermediary and be primarily responsible for payments under purchase orders. The agreement runs through June 30, 2036.

The agreement includes annual minimum purchase requirements and license fees payable upon signing and upon obtaining Thai marketing approval.

Kafelaku Coffee Upsizes Private Placement to HK$11.6 Million

Kafelaku Coffee Holding (HKG:1869) has revised the terms for its private placement offering to raise HK$11.6 million, up from HK$11 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The specialty coffee chain said it will now offer 282.1 million shares at HK$0.041 apiece, up from HK$0.039.
