Sieyuan Electric's Unit to Spend 600 Million Yuan For Expansion Plans

Sieyuan Electric's (SHE:002028) unit, Jiangsu Rugao High Voltage Electrical Appliance, plans to invest 600 million yuan for its expansion and construction, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.

The funds will be used for Rugao High Voltage's production and business activities, as well as for the acquisition of land that will serve as its site.

The power transmission and distribution equipment manufacturer's shares rose 1% during the morning trade.

American West Metals Confirms Presence of High-Grade Critical Metals at Utah Project

American West Metals (ASX:AW1) confirmed the presence of high-grade critical metals at its West Desert project in Utah during sampling of historical drill core, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.Assays of previously unsampled historical drill core within and around the deposit yielded critical metal grades with peak values of 1,065 grams per tonne (g/t) silver, 155 g/t indium, and 40 g/t gallium, the filing said.Sampling also returned high base metal grades of up to 9.5% zinc, 2.3% copper, and 9.9% lead.
