Shinva Medical Gets China Nod for Respiratory, Thoracoscopic Devices

Shinva Medical Instrument (SHA:600587) received a medical device registration certificate from China's National Medical Products Administration for two instruments, according to a Thursday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.

Its respiratory gating system consists of a camera, mounting bracket, adapter, markers, and control software used to monitor patient breathing and respiratory pattern information, the filing said.

The company also obtained approval for its thoracoscopic surgical instruments, used for thoracoscopic surgery.

Kafelaku Coffee Upsizes Private Placement to HK$11.6 Million

Kafelaku Coffee Holding (HKG:1869) has revised the terms for its private placement offering to raise HK$11.6 million, up from HK$11 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The specialty coffee chain said it will now offer 282.1 million shares at HK$0.041 apiece, up from HK$0.039.
