Following the internal transfer, Zhang's direct stake rose to 27.76% from 22.71%, while Ningbo Sichi's stake declined to 45.90% from 50.94%, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the financial and taxation information company were down 2% in recent trade.
