Seegnal's (SEGN.V) on Thursday said its Israeli operating subsidiary, Seegnal eHealth agreed to deploy Seegnal's clinical decision support platform across Nazareth Hospital EMMS.
The company's platform will be integrated directly into Nazareth Hospital's clinical workflows, it said.
The agreement, dated June 18, has an initial five-year term, with an option to extend, and includes recurring subscription fees to be paid to the company over the term, it added.
"Bringing Seegnal to a leading regional trauma center and teaching hospital is a meaningful step in our continued expansion across the Israeli healthcare system, and reflects our focus on delivering clinical and economic value at the point of care," said Chief Executive Officer Elad Bibi-Aviv.
The company's shares last traded June 15, closing at C$0.32 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
