Tango Therapeutics (TNGX) shares were up more than 45% after the company said initial results from its phase 1/2 trial of vopimetostat in combination with Revolution Medicines' inhibitor daraxonrasib showed a six-month progression-free survival rate of 90% in patients with pancreatic cancer.
Eli Lilly (LLY) shares were up more than 2% after the company said additional phase 3 data showed that retatrutide achieved substantial weight loss with "meaningful" improvements in obesity-related conditions, including knee osteoarthritis pain, moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea, and type 2 diabetes.
Shattuck Labs (STTK) said its phase 1 study of SL-325, a treatment for immune-related disease, showed good safety results and consistent drug performance in healthy volunteers. Shattuck Labs stock was up more than 14% premarket.
