Financial stocks were edging up in late Tuesday afternoon trading, with the NYSE Financial Index and the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF) each fractionally higher.

The Philadelphia Housing Index was climbing 1.5%, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) was shedding 0.3%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was declining 1.1% to $63,210, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries decreased 1.5 basis points to 4.684%.

In corporate news, Blue Owl Capital (OWL) is selling $750 million of high-grade debt, $250 million more than initially discussed, after receiving a sizable amount of investor orders, Bloomberg reported. Blue Owl shares rose 5.3%.

The company also said Monday that it agreed to acquire Crimson Midstream from CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust for a total cash consideration of $63 million.National Energy Services Reunited (NESR) shares jumped more than 23% after it posted higher Q2 adjusted earnings and revenue.Seadrill (SDRL) shares climbed 7.9% after the company reported that it swung to Q2 earnings as operating revenue increased during the period and Seadrill raised its 2026 sales outlook.

Healthcare stocks were higher late Monday afternoon, with the NYSE Healthcare Index rising 1% and the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) adding 1.4%.The iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) climbed 1%.In corporate news, Eli Lilly (LLY) received UK authorization for orforglipron, marketed as Foundayo, a once-daily tablet for weight management and type 2 diabetes, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency said Monday.
