Consumer stocks were mixed pre-bell Tuesday, with the State Street Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLP) up 0.4% and the State Street Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLY) marginally declining.
Boxabl (BXBL) stock was up more than 3% after the company said it has signed a multi-year purchase agreement with LC Vegas Acquisitions for up to 1,500 factory-built homes over three years.
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) agreed to sell its full equity stake in Chobani back to the company for $800 million and its manufacturing and warehouse facilities in Allentown, Pennsylvania, for approximately $125 million, the company said. Shares of Keurig Dr Pepper were 0.4% higher premarket.
Bunge Global (BG) has agreed to sell its Rio Vermelho and Nova Unialco sugarcane mills in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to Cofco International, the company said. Bunge Global shares were 0.3% higher pre-bell.
