SE-Education (SET:SE-ED) board approved changes to its borrowing arrangements with connected parties, according to a Wednesday filing with the Thailand bourse.
The changes include extending a 115 million baht loan from Aira Capital (SET:AIRA) to November 2027, and taking a new loan facility of up to 30 million baht from Aira Leasing.
The company also approved an additional connected-party loan facility of up to 55 million baht at an interest rate of over 8% through the end of 2026.
Total connected-party borrowing facilities will not exceed 240 million baht, with the funds to support working capital.
