Sasquatch Resources (SASQ.CN) closed its non-brokered private placement, raising C$671,000, it said in a statement late Thursday.
The offering consisted of the issuance of 4.4-million common shares at C$0.10 apiece for C$443,500, and 1.8-million "flow-through" common shares (FT share) at C$0.125 each for C$227,500.
Proceeds from the sale of the shares will be used for general working capital needs. The company plans to use proceeds from the sale of the FT shares to incur eligible "Canadian exploration expenses" that are "flow-through mining expenditures."
Shares of the company were last seen down 4.8% at C$0.10 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
