SalesCloser Technologies' (SCAI.V) shares received Depository Trust Company Eligibility for electronic clearing and settlement in the United States through the DTC, it said Monday.
The company's shares started trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol SCTLF on July 7, said the company.
Its shares continue trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under SCAI and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under MJ5, added the company.
"Our shares have been quoted in the United States since July, and DTC eligibility is the step that makes holding them as routine as any other position in a U.S. brokerage account," said SalesCloser Chief Executive Officer Ali Tajskandar. "As our commercial footprint expands across North America, we want the mechanics of owning the stock to be a non-issue for investors who want exposure to what we are building."
The company's shares were last seen up CA$0.01, or 1.4%, at CA$0.68 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
