SailPoint (SAIL) said Monday it plans to purchase Israel-based Entro to broaden its non-human identity protection capabilities.
The transaction will integrate new technology into the existing security platform to help organizations monitor automated artificial intelligence agents, the company said.
Entro provides visibility into machine identities while linking them to human operators to establish digital accountability, SailPoint said.
The acquisition is expected to close in Q3 of fiscal 2027, subject to standard closing conditions, the company said.
Shares of the company were up 1.9% in Monday trading.
