RZOLV Technologies' (RZL.V) shares received the Depository Trust Company eligibility for electronic clearing and settlement in the US, it said Tuesday.
The company had started trading on the OTCQB Venture Market on Feb. 17, it said.
"Achieving DTC eligibility is an important next step in building a more accessible and efficient US market for RZOLV's shares," said CEO Duane Nelson.
The company's shares were last seen down C$0.035, or 11.8%, to C$0.26 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
