Ruentex Development (TPE:9945) signed a joint construction and housing selection deal for an urban renewal project at Lot Dunhua in Taipei, Taiwan, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Under the deal, landlords will receive 61% to 65% of the project, while the developer will receive 35% to 39%.
