Ruentex Development Awards NT$13 Million in Contracts, Settles NT$5.30 Billion Citypark Deal
Ruentex Development (TPE:9945) awarded interior design and landscaping contracts worth NT$13 million for three projects to its unit, Ruentex Interior Design, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.According to a separate same-day filing, the company settled the construction contract for its Ruentex Citypark project at NT$5.30 billion, excluding tax, after a NT$164.90 million reduction from the original NT$5.46 billion contract value.The contract, originally approved in August 2019, was awarded to its unit, Ruentex Engineering & Construction.Shares of the real estate developer rose nearly 10% in recent trading.
