Royal Bank of Canada (RY.TO) reported Q3 adjusted net income of C$6.10 billion, or C$4.28 per share, an increase from C$5.53 billion, or C$3.84 per share.

RBC's board of directors declared a quarterly common share dividend of C$1.76 per share, payable Nov. 24 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 26.
EQB (EQB.TO) after market close on Wednesday reported fiscal third-quarter adjustedearnings per share of C$2.12, up 2% on year-over-year basis, but missing the FactSet consensus estimate of C$2.21.Adjusted revenue in the quarter ended on July 31 surged 27% annually to C$393.0 million, exceeding the FactSet consensus of C$370.2 million.The bank holding company raised its provision for credit losses to C$302.98 million from C$33.97 million.EQB also declared a dividend of $0.63 per common share payable on Sept. 29 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 15, representing 3% and 15% increases from the dividends paid in June 2026 and Sept. 2025, respectively.Its shares closed up C$3.27 to C$137.87 on Toronto stock Exchange on Wednesday.
Quarterhill (QTRH.TO) plans to raise $35 million in a private placement of shares, the company said after trade on Wednesday.Quarterhill will issue 14.1 million shares at $2.48 each. The underwriters have also been granted a 15% over-allotment option, which will increase proceeds by approximately $5.3 million if exercised in full.The offering is expected to close by Sept. 16.Proceeds will be used for general working purposes.Quarterhill shares closed down C$0.04 at C$2.71 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
