Rorze (TYO:6323) said it has reported minor damage to buildings and facilities at its Kyushu Factory in Koshi City, Japan, following the 2026 Kumamoto earthquake, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Thursday.
The semiconductor automation supplier said the earthquake caused no material impact on its business and there were no employee casualties at the plant.
The company is investigating the impact on buildings and equipment at the factory and will disclose any future impact.

United Microelectronics (TPE:2303) board approved an investment of up to NT$1.7 billion in private equity fund TGVest Asia Partners III (Taiwan), according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The investment will be made through capital contributions based on capital call notices under the fund's limited partnership agreement.The funds will be used as a long-term investment, it said.
