Under the pact, Rest n Go will be appointed as the sole provider and operator of massage chair services at select Lotus' stores in Thailand. The contract will be executed in two phases over three years and six months starting Nov. 1 and expiring on April 30, 2030.
The initial rollout targets a minimum chair capacity of approximately 1,400 to 1,600 units across an estimated coverage area of 4,800 square meters within Lotus' stores.
Rest n Go (Thailand) was earlier awarded the Lotus bidding in 2025 and currently operates 806 massage chairs across 132 Lotus locations in Thailand.
