RingCentral (RNG) said Tuesday it is expanding AIR Pro to provide agentic AI capabilities for its customer engagement products.
The expansion includes new features in RingCX to support clients with customer resolution, automated outreach, and hand-offs, the company said, adding the features will also support how customer context is handled.
The company said the new RingCX features are in beta, with general availability expected in H2.
Shares of the company were up more than 1% in early Tuesday trading.
