Regeneron Pharmaceuticals' Robust Q2 Sales Amid Limited Spend Increases to Help Ramp H2 Margins, RBC Says

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals' (REGN) robust Q2 sales from key products and limited spend increases are expected to help ramp H2 margins, RBC Capital Markets said in a Thursday research report.

The company's collaboration with Sanofi (SNY) could become a "more leverageable asset" in advancing immunology and inflammation products if the companies continue to sound more communicative, analysts wrote.

A decent uptake of Eylea HD to treat retinal conditions during the quarter is a clear positive for the company, analysts said, adding that they now model Eylea franchise US sales of $3.9 billion in 2026.

The brokerage said it reiterated its sector perform rating on the stock and boosted its price target to $737 per share from $696.

Western Union Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Fall; Cuts 2026 Outlook

Western Union (WU) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.31 per diluted share, down from $0.42 a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.42.Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.01 billion, compared with $1.03 billion a year earlier.Analysts expected $1.02 billion.The company now expects 2026 adjusted EPS of $1.25 to $1.35, down from $1.75 to $1.85. Analysts expect $1.72.Full-year revenue is now expected to grow 3% to 5%, compared with 5% to 8% expected earlier.
