ReFuels (REFL.OL) said Wednesday it started the construction of a new refueling station in Carlisle, UK, with opening expected in the first half of 2027.
The site will be owned and operated by CNG Fuels, which is 40% owned by the Oslo-listed renewable biomethane supplier. The station will have the capacity to refuel 14 heavy goods vehicles simultaneously.
Greenland Mines (GRML) said Tuesday it intends to offer shares of common stock, or common stock equivalents, in a public offering to help fund the acquisition of the Sarfartoq Nd-Pr Rare Earth Element Project.Net proceeds from the offering, together with existing cash and cash equivalents, will also be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
Par Pacific (PARR) said late Tuesday its 46%-owned Laramie Energy has struck a deal to sell substantially all of its oil and gas assets for $485 million in cash.The firm said it expects to receive about $146 million from the deal, with about $27.5 million payable on the fifth anniversary of the closing date.The company said it is also eligible to receive up to about $30 million of earn-out payments, and will exit its investment in Laramie. The deal is expected to close by year-end.
Shell (SHEL.L, SHELL.AS) confirmed that the initial rig slot booked for its Aphrodite offshore gas project in Trinidad and Tobago has been released, in response to reports that the project has been shelved.In an emailed statement sent toon Tuesday, the energy giant said it is in ongoing negotiations and will continue assessing the overall integrated project schedule to "identify opportunities to maintain the first gas schedule."Reports earlier on Monday said Shell was in disagreement with the country's National Gas Co. over the project's commercial terms.
