Red Light Holland's (TRIP.CN) shareholders approved its proposed corporate name change at its annual general and special meeting held on May 11, at its office in Toronto, it said Wednesday.
The company said it is continuing to evaluate and finalize its new corporate name and will announce the effective date of the name change once finalized with the applicable regulatory authorities and the Canadian Securities Exchange. Red Light Holland also announced that Keith Li, its Chief Financial Officer, provided notice of his intention to resign from his position as CFO.
Li agreed to stay on until a new CFO is named, and has assured the company he will provide assistance until the completion of the company's annual audit and, as well, to assist the company in the recruitment and training of his successor, it said.
Shares of the company were last up 12% at $0.045 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
