Queen's Road Capital Up 3.4% As Completes Upsized C$33.8M Private Placement

-- Queen's Road Capital Investment (QRC.TO) completed its upsized private placement for gross proceeds of C$33.8 million, the company said on Friday.

This comes after the placement was upsized to more than 2.18 million shares at a price of C$15.50 each, it added.

Proceeds will be used to fund additional investments in accordance with the company's investment policy, said the company.

"Queen's Road Capital welcomes several new shareholders to our register including two major Canadian institutional investors, one U.K.-based major institution and two Hong Kong-based family offices," said Warren Gilman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
