Quarterhill (QTRH.TO) has secured a contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to provide maintenance and support services for the state's Weigh-In-Motion (WIM) program, the company said on Thursday.
The $4.6 million agreement will run for an initial three-year term with an option to extend for an additional two years, a statement said.
"Quarterhill will deliver scheduled maintenance, emergency repair services, and system calibration for PennDOT's network of planning and compliance WIM sites across the state, including support for new site installations, upgrades, and reporting integration with PennDOT's Field Operations Manager system," the company said.
Quarterhill shares were last seen unchanged at C$2.88, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
