Guangdong Quanwei Technology's (SHE:300716) unit, Shanghai Quanwei Supply Chain Management, agreed to purchase photovoltaic modules from Wuxi Yuncheng Electric Power Technology for 80.5 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.
Yuncheng Electric Power began the production of the modules on Sept. 1 and will deliver the products on Sept. 20.
The Chinese solar modules developer's shares fell 2% at the close.

Kafelaku Coffee Holding (HKG:1869) has revised the terms for its private placement offering to raise HK$11.6 million, up from HK$11 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The specialty coffee chain said it will now offer 282.1 million shares at HK$0.041 apiece, up from HK$0.039.
