Quantum BioPharma (QNTM.CN) has applied for a voluntary delisting of its Class B subordinate voting shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange, the company said Tuesday.
Quantum has decided that the trading volumes of its Class B shares no longer justifies the expenses, administrative efforts and regulatory burdens. The delisting will not affect Quantum's listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange or Upstream.
Subject to CSE approval, the last trading day for the Class B shares will be on Friday, Sept. 4.
