QingSong Health (HKG:2661) said it entered a strategic cooperation memorandum with Nasdaq-listed Basel Medical Group, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The three year agreement will see QingSong Health combine its healthcare AI infrastructure with Basel Medical's clinical settings and market access in Southeast Asia to jointly explore new market opportunities.
