Q2 Metals (QTWO.V) has launched a 2026 summer drill program at the Cisco lithium project in Quebec, targeting about 20,000 meters of drilling.
The campaign commenced June 17 with focus on infill drilling of the main Cisco deposit area to upgrade the resource to the indicated category from the current inferred classification.
The program will also conduct expansion drilling in and around the deposit, as well as regional drilling on additional untested high-priority targets, the mineral exploration company said Thursday.
Q2 is currently preparing for a preliminary economic assessment on the project, with completion expected during fall.
