Puma Exploration Completes Six Drone Magnetic Survey Grids in Northern New Brunswick

By

Puma Exploration (PUMA.V) completed six high-resolution drone magnetic survey grids totalling 2,799.9 line-kilometers across its McKenzie Gold, Jacquet River and Caribou East projects in Northern New Brunswick, it said in a statement on Tuesday.

The company said the six datasets provide it consistent, high-resolution data for its regional geological compilation. Pioneer Exploration Consultants, who completed the fieldwork, reported that the final error and noise levels were below its acceptance threshold, established using Geological Survey of Canada guidelines.

The company is integrating the magnetic results with its geological and geochemical database to prioritize follow-up mapping and sampling. It will also assess prospective structural intersections, intrusive contacts and magnetic anomaly margins as potential targets for further geophysical work and future drilling, it said.

Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at C$0.13 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
