Pro REIT Completes Acquisition of 17 Industrial Properties for C$136.8 million

Pro REIT (PRV-UN.TO) has completed its acquisition of 17 industrial properties in Quebec City and Winnipeg, for C$136.8 million.

The acquisitions are expected to be accretive to 2026 adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) per unit, the company added.

The REIT has also signed a binding agreement to acquire four additional industrial properties in Winnipeg, for C$21.7 million. The acquisition is expected to be funded through C$14.1 million of a new 8-year fixed-rate mortgage financing and cash on hand.

The acquisition of the additional properties is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.
