President Chain Store's (TPE:2912) subsidiary President Being adjusted the terms of a real estate lease in Taipei City, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
The lease, which was originally expected to expire in May 2028, has been revised to end on Oct. 31, with the total amount adjusted to NT$15.9 million.
