President Chain Store Leases Property Worth NT$18 Million

President Chain Store (TPE:2912) acquired the right to use a property in Taichung, Taiwan, for NT$18.3 million, for operational needs.The right-of-use asset covers about 35 ping of space, and was purchased from related-party, President Drugstore Business, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The lease runs from August 2026 to June 2034. The transaction remains subject to approval by the board on July 29, it said.
