Power of Canada (POW.TO) after trade Thursday reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of C$1.55 per participating share, up from C$1.38 per participating share a year ago.

Great-West Lifeco (GWO.TO) reported adjusted net earnings of C$871 million, and IGM Financial (IGM.TO) posted adjusted net earnings of C$211 million.
The company said its board declared a quarterly dividend of 66.75 cents per share on the participating preferred shares and the subordinate voting shares, payable Oct. 30 to shareholders of record Sept. 29.
