Polymetals Resources (ASX:POL) completed the discharge of the vendor security and the acquisition of Cobar Infrastructure, related to the company's acquisition of the Endeavor silver mine in New South Wales, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Its shares rose 2% in recent trading on Friday.
