Poly Xverse Board Proposes Share Consolidation; Shares Up 6%

Poly Xverse Intelligent Technology (HKG:0209) said its board proposed a share consolidation on the basis of one consolidated share for every 10 issued and unissued shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The consolidation will reduce the company's authorized share capital from 70 billion shares to 7 billion consolidated shares.

The company's board also proposed changing the board lot size from 10,000 existing shares to 1,000 consolidated shares.

The consolidation is subject to shareholder approval and will help the company meet Hong Kong listing requirements.

Shares of the toy maker gained nearly 6% in late morning trade Wednesday.

Nyrada (ASX:NYR) completed a preclinical cardioprotection pilot study that confirmed the feasibility and tolerability of the planned subcutaneous dosing for its Xolatryp lead drug candidate in combination with doxorubicin, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.The pilot study aimed to evaluate whether Xolatryp can provide a cardioprotective role in anthracycline chemotherapy, to reduce cardiotoxicity without jeopardizing anti-tumor activity, per the filing.Preliminary biomarker data from the trial showed lower levels of a clinically relevant marker of cardiac injury relative to a control group, the company said.The pilot study was not designed to show statistical significance for an efficacy readout, but it will inform the design of a larger cardiomyopathy study for which results are expected in the third quarter, Nyrada said.The company's shares fell 6% in recent Wednesday trade.

Liaoning Port Slates June 22 Creditors' Meeting for Bankrupt Former Unit

Liaoning Port (HKG:2880, SHA:601880) said the first creditors' meeting for its former wholly owned subsidiary DCT Logistics has been scheduled for June 22 as part of its bankruptcy liquidation process, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.The port operator said it has lost control of DCT Logistics, which is no longer consolidated into its financial statements.The Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone People's Court accepted DCT Logistics' bankruptcy liquidation application in December 2025 and appointed a bankruptcy administrator.The bankruptcy administrator has completed the handover of assets and records and is conducting an asset inventory, financial audit, and valuation.The company said the proceedings are not expected to have a material adverse effect on its financial position or operating results.
